How do I place an order?

Ordering is simple and customizable:

1. Choose your main fabric
   Select your preferred pant fabric from our website. Most fabrics are sourced from Japan, Europe and LA and are available in limited quantities.

2. We handle the details
   We’ll select coordinating pocket fabrics and special design details that complement your chosen fabric. 

3. Enter your measurements
   You’ll provide: Waist, Hip, Inseam, Height

4. Leave us a note (optional but encouraged!)
   Use the order comments to tell us anything you’d like us to know—fit preferences, styling notes, or special requests.

5. Your pants will be ready in 4-6 weeks! Your patience will be rewarded. Each pair is hand made by Chen or Alexa!

   If you’re ever unsure, reach out. We’re real humans making your pants, and we’re happy to help you get them just right.

How do I take my measurements?

Accurate measurements help us make pants that fit beautifully. You’ll need measurements for waist, hip, inseam, and height.

If you have a soft measuring tape, great! If not, you can absolutely do this with string and a ruler.

Waist

Stand naturally—don’t suck in or tighten.
Find the spot where you like your pants to sit (this may be above or below your natural waist).
Wrap the tape or string snugly (not tight) around that spot.
If using string, mark where it overlaps, then lay it flat and measure with a ruler.

Hip

Stand with your feet together.
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Make sure the tape/string stays level all the way around. (It’s helpful to have a second person help with this measurement)

Inseam

Measure from the top of your inner thigh (where pants usually start) down to where you want the hem to hit.
It helps to measure a favorite pair of pants laid flat from crotch seam to hem.

Height

Simply your full height, without shoes.

Tips:

• Measure over lightweight clothing or underwear.

• Double-check measurements if you’re unsure.

• If something feels tricky, leave us a note in your order - we’re happy to help.

What if I don’t have a measuring tape?

No problem at all.

Use a non-stretch string, ribbon, or yarn:

1. Wrap it around the measurement area.

2. Mark or pinch where it overlaps.

3. Lay it flat and measure with a ruler or yardstick.

4. Convert to inches when entering your measurements.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each pair of pants is made to order just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please take care when taking your measurements!

What is your lead time?

All pants are made to order, and our current lead time is 4-6 weeks from the date your order is placed.

You may receive your pants sooner, but please plan for the full timeframe. We believe in slow, thoughtful making - and that takes a little time.

Do you offer shipping or local drop-off?

Yes!

Shipping: We ship directly to you once your pants are complete. Costs are calculated at check-out. We only ship within the US at this time.

Local Drop-off: If you are in the Portland area, choose this option at checkout for a discounted delivery fee.
